Who we are.

Julia Cottafavi

Co-Founder

Passionate about sustainable retail and supporting small businesses, Julia brings over 15 years of experience in real estate, lifestyle, music and fashion industries to The Good Neighbor.

She most recently served as the Director of Marketing at EDENS, a nationally-leading retail real estate developer, focusing on brand strategy and cultural programming for the Union Market District and La Cosecha.

Prior to living in Washington, DC, Julia worked in Marketing, PR and Events for brands such as Ralph Lauren and Helmut Lang, and served as studio manager and booking agent for a mastering audio facility in New York.

Ally Mumm

Co-Founder

At the heart of Ally’s work is a passion for art and bringing people together over shared experiences. 

With 12+ years of experience in real estate, interiors, lifestyle and hospitality, Ally most recently served as the Head of Retail Marketing for Framebridge, where she focused on retail expansion + community engagement. 

Before joining Framebridge, Ally led marketing efforts at EDENS, helping develop the Union Market District brand and strategy for engaging with the arts. Prior to EDENS, she worked in Marketing and Publishing for brands including West Elm, Designers Guild and Conde Nast in Washington, DC and London.
